Know Before You Go

To help you make the most of your visit, please take a moment to review our spa etiquette, policies, and service requirements. A little preparation ensures a seamless and relaxing experience from start to finish.

Spa Etiquette

  • Spa Reservations

    We highly recommend booking your services in advance. All reservations must be secured with a credit card. Hours of operation may vary seasonally. Services outside of regular hours are available by special arrangement. The final appointment of the day is scheduled one hour before closing.

  • Cancellation Policy
    • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or changes to appointments.
    • Cancellations made within 24-hours will incur a non-refundable charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.
    • Missed appointments will incure a non-refundable charge of 100% of the scheduled total.
    • C|Spa is not responsible for the cancellations related to other resort amenities such as guest rooms, restaurants, or beach reservations.
  • Arrival & Amenities

    Please plan to arrive 15 -30 minutes prior to your appointment time (excluding nail services).
    You will have access to our spa amenities, including: lockers, robes, slippers, and signature products, for up to 1 hour before and after your service.

    • Late arrivals may results in shortened services to honor the next guest's appointment.
    • Amenities are reserved for guests with scheduled appointments.
    • Please note: Locker room storage is not available for all-day use.
    • Our Himalayan salt room is available daily, with the final entry at 4PM.
    • The Tranquility Room is a quiet zone for relaxation and reflection.
    • Outdoor pool and hot tub are exclusive to resort guests.
  • Personal Possessions

    We recommed leaving valuables such as jewlery, accessories, or other personal items at home.
    C|Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongins.

  • Services & Pricing

    Published prices are exclusive of gratuity and are subject to change without advance notice. Please inquire about current pricing when scheduling services.

  • Gratuities
    • Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include gratuity.
    • A 20% gratuity is automatically added based on the full value of the service. This can be adjusted at your discretion based on your experience.
    • Additional gratuities for exceptional service are always appreciated.
  • Food & Beverage

    Guests may order from The Wave Kitchn & Bar. Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the spa.

  • Health Issues

    Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any health conditions, including but not limited to:

    • Allergies
    • Diabetes
    • High / Low blood pressure
    • Pregnancy
    • Any prescribed medications or medical concerns

    C|Spa reserves the right to decline services if there are any health-related risks. We recommend facials for guests in their first trimester of pregnancy.

  • Age Limitations
    • Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
    • Nail services: Available for guests aged 6 - 18.
    • Massage and facial services: Available for guests aged 15 -18, with a signed release form and valid ID.

    Proper behavior and attire are expected at all times.

  • Spa Privacy & Tranquility

    To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests:

    • Please refrain from using phones, cameras, or electronic devices in treatment rooms, lounges, and locker areas.
  • Spa E-Gift Cards
    • Available in any denomination and redeemable at time of service.
    • Available to purchase online only.

Legal Identification Requirement for Massage & Body Treatments

In accordance with Florida Statute 480.043, guests receiving massage or body treatments must present a valid, government-issued photo ID before their appointment. 

Required information includes:

  • Full legal name
  • Home address
  • Telephone number

This information must be collected before services begin.
Failure to present valid ID will result in service cancellation and full service fee will apply.

Note: This requirement does not apply to facial or nail services.
