Best Team Building Activities: Mild & Wild

Costa d’Este Beach Resort’s fun team-building exercises that fuel a little friendly competition, while also firing up the friendships

Race to SS Breconshire Shipwreck

Groups relay race 400 yards from Vero Beach to this sunken British steamship, one of the area’s most accessible wrecks.

Beach Olympics

Teams compete in a series of beach-based games in a round-robin format, with results progressively posted to the record board.

Scavenger Hunt

Groups divide into teams and race to find designated items around the property and the immediately surrounding Vero Beach that reveal fun facts about the Estafan Family, the celebrity music couple who own the resort.

Mojito- and Ceviche-Making Challenge

Groups are divided into teams, given an assortment of ingredients, and then tasked with creating the best mojito and ceviche that will be judged by the executive chef.

Themed Dinners: Cuisine with Concepts

The best banquet menus and creative menu items that are deliciously destination-focused.

Let’s MEET for Dinner

Step outside the boardroom with a unique teambuilding cook-off challenge of your choice. Groups separate into teams, then select ingredients according to what they’ve been tasked to make, then enjoy a cook off that culminates in an awards ceremony.

Wine Pairing Dinners

An expert sommelier or wine rep joins the executive chef to create a pairing dinner experience for both novice and expert wine drinkers.

Paella Party

The chef takes the iconic rice dish to a whole new level with three different paellas for guests to enjoy – prepared a la carte and paired with a number of other Cuban-inspired dishes.

Local Brewery Beer Pairing Dinners

Costa has developed the first ever beer-pairing dinner in Vero Beach, incorporating beers from three local breweries into a menu executed by the executive chef.

Off-Site Meeting Venues: Landmarks to Live It Up

Meetings become lifetime experiences when hosted in one of Vero Beach’s most unique meeting venues.

Vero Beach Museum of Art

From an atrium and auditorium to different great halls, a variety of spaces and amenities are available in this neoclassical-styled venue, home to regional, state, and national art exhibits.

Walking Tree Brewery

Vero’s newest brewery offers tours and educational sessions, as well as space for buy-outs and food trucks.

McKee Botanical Gardens

This 80-acre tropical jungle garden feels like a little slice of the Amazon: wildly twisting trees with elaborate root systems stand guard among the paths, accented with little ponds, and 10,000 native and tropical plants. Several pavilions and outdoor spaces are available for rental.

The Grand Pavilion

This large open-air facility located just south of the Barber Bridge in Riverside Park consists of two small and one large gazebo that connect together and accommodates 75 to 100 people comfortably.
