Harvest Dines is a celebrated educational fundraiser supporting local students and the next generation of hospitality professionals. The evening brings together talented culinary students from across the Treasure Coast and leading local chefs for a dynamic dining experience featuring 15 outstanding restaurants, each showcasing live-action stations and dishes inspired by fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Costa d’Este is proud to participate, with our Chef serving Guava-Glazed Pork Belly with roasted sweet plantain purée, tomatillo relish, and cotija cheese; a bold, flavorful dish that showcases the creativity and spirit of Costa.
